Very clean room with full sized refrigerator, microwave, and even a range.
The bed was too firm for my body type.
lean facilities, friendly staff
Bed was far too hard. Other than that everything was fine.
Close to the activity we stayed in town for
The beds are TO small
It was cheap for a weekend.
I did not like that the a/c in the room didn't work very well. The t.v. in the room was too small. The beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows were not nice and were hard as a rock.
The location was one the biggest reasons for choosing Howard Johnson based on my visit to the va hospital. The hospital is only 5 min away which made my trip more convenient. The staff had a very cheerful up beat attitude as well as very attentive to my needs. Kinda made me feel at home! I was also impressed with the gym facility and it was nice to have a free breakfast in the morning too. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I have to come again.
Can't say there was anything that I didn't like at this hotel.
I will definitely remember not to stay here for my next trip to Vegas. Bad area. Room was gross. Only thing good was the Walmart across the street so I could buy some Lysol and fumigate the room. This place is not accurately described on any of these "booking" sites. Highly suggest you not stay here. Just plain dirty. Beds were horrible too.
Didn't like anything about it.
It was very comfortable. Close to freeway. Very aflocation. Very quiet. Very comfortable beds. Very 5 star in my book. Best price in town for sure. Free breakfast...we will stay here every time on our way out of town. Right off the freeway on the way back to Twin Falls, Boise, Pocatello, slc. Best deal you will ever find. Spend the day on the strip and stay close to freeway for your trip home....perfect. We saved 30 minutes off our trip home to Boise. Perfect location.
Located close to Nellis AFB. Plenty of parking. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. Free breakfast was on par with similar priced hotels.
Bedding seemed a little low quality but was clean.
Beds were made with dirty sheets when I arrived. When I told them, they made the same bed again with dirty -- maybe even the same -- sheets. As I looked at the room further the counters and stove had dust and stains to he extent that you could see a trail when wiping you finger accross the surface. After telling the manager, he showed up at the door with an armload of hopefully clean sheets, fully expecting me -- the guest -- to change them myself. I told him NO and only then did he get me a clean room with clean sheets. No lobby, poor management, kind of a fleabag quality to it.
The BEDS are super comfortable! The room is very self contained, with kitchenette. Staff are very friendly and professional. Continental breakfast is nutritious and filling. Coffee is good, too! So is the orange juice. Fruits at breakfast!
White fluorescent lights in the room. Ugh! Very discomfiting. No night lamp by the beds.
The staff, and the quietness of the hotel.
Room small, flat pillows, decor was plain.
Clean, friendly staff, price
The internet was slow to the point it would just not work
Internet , price, service, condition of building, smells, booking was incorrect, if you are not going to provide towels,soap,etc... Then you should not charge hotel prices.
Value Place is an excellent value for extended stays. My wife is a patient at Mayo Clilnic in Rochester, Mn. and the Value Place there is wonderful. Shuttle buses run to hospitals frequently, staff is always friendly and courteous, facility is always clean. Located near shopping, pharmacy, theatres, and good restaurants. I would recommend to anyone.
I did not find anything to complain about.
It was close to Nellis AFB, where our son & family live.
Not letting people that book reservations know that their "kitchenettes" don't include pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, cups, saucers, coffee pot, more than one roll of toilet paper, the room gets cleaned every 2 weeks (so clean bed linens, and towels/wash clothes), and you're charged for local calls/800#'s. WiFi costs $10+/week.
